Introduction, Company history
The company was founded in 2004, the owners are domestic individuals.
The company intends to target primarily the economic advisory, business and financial ancillary sectors.
The company’s immediate goal is to comply with the 1991 IL. Act 114/2006 (V.12) meet the requirements and conditions with which it can be located in the liquidation market.
In view of all this, the company employs persons who have the appropriate qualifications and experience to not only fulfill their obligations under the statutory points, but also to excel in the profession by working efficiently.
Our mission
The basic goal of our company is to gain professional recognition in the field of liquidation with its outstanding expert work. The management's extensive liquidation experience and market insight also help to achieve this goal.
The employees of the company, as well as the range of trustees that can be involved, selected on the basis of quality work, mostly already proven in the other companies of the owners, are suitable for the realization of the objectives outlined above.
In bankruptcy, liquidation, winding-up and liquidation proceedings, the advisory activities are effectively carried out by liquidation commissioners, assisted by lawyers, accountants, economists and other professionals employed under a contractual relationship.
